Accelerating As A Player
Is The Goal
Age Appropriate Training
There are clear and distinct differences in how each age-group should be coached and what concepts and skills are appropriate for them. We start by understanding a player's age and skill level.
Active Practices
As a sport, hockey is FAST. So should skills and drills training. We keep players testing their abilities, learning techniques, and engage them with achievable tasks that propel them forward in a fun and positive way.
Player Knowledge
A fundamental part of our training is focused on heightening the player's 'hockey sense' so they gain efficiency on the ice and an instinctive understanding of the game.
The Puck Starts Here
PRACTICE
Consistent and repetitive training in a dynamic and encouraging environment is what helps players elevate their abilities. The more they train the better their chances of becoming confident and effective as left wings, right wings, centers, defenders and goalies.
We use a variety of proven methods, including recommended USA Hockey drills, to build agility, speed, strength, foresight, balance, and other important disciplines inherent to hockey.
